aside from xmas, i hadn't thrown up anything new in a while, so here's a montage from the monroe currently(?) on shelves that i'm still quite proud of. deft (or french) observers will note a subtle reference to albert uderzo...

this'll likely be the last monroe post for a little bit. while i'm still having loads of fun with the strip, i'd just as soon this not become a mad specific blog.

more stuff soonish...

    Hey Tom,

Awesome artwork. It was the first time since my pre-pubesant days that I ran out and bought the latest copy of mad magazine.
Please keep posting your work it is absolutley inspirational.
It was great to meet you at the copy place and trade stories of our experiences of the animation scene here in town.

    Regards
    Matt

  2. I'm amused by the whipping. It makes me giggle how it's just randomly stuck in there. :-)

  14. Tom,

I have been a big fan of Monroe since I first read it in MAD. I was actually looking for some full pages of Monroe online to send my writer, as we are preparing some submissions to send to Jon (Bresman).
When I was googling it, I found your wonderful blog, and now it is bookmarked so I can check into what you are up to. Loads of talent in your posts and I look forward to seeing many more!!!
